I created these lomi lomi videos with intent to pass on to as many massage therapists as possible the information and skills I have developed over the past 45+ years that I've been giving massage. In my 60s now, I am committed to helping the next generation of massage therapists develop skills, and thrive.
I self-produced these videos. A friend and family member helped me film, done mostly in my home. I did all the editing myself. Self producing has allowed me to create these videos on a low budget, and make them available for you to learn from. Please bear with the occasional spots where the lighting or background noise is distracting.

INTRODUCTORY VIDEO SHOWING FULL, UNDRAPED CHEST MASSAGE (3.35 minutes)
In this video I demonstrate massage of the chest/breast as I integrate it into holistic, full body, wellness focused sessions for my clients who desire it, and give consent.
I created the video in 2016 to support keeping full chest massage legal at a time when the Washington State Board of Massage was re-writing our rules in a way that would have imposed severe limitations on breast massage.

I teach a 16 CE chest and breast massage classes which fulfill the training requirements for massage therapists in Washington State established by WAC 246-830-555. These 6 videos, created in 2017, show the hands-on therapeutic treatment techniques I teach in this class.
In addition to the hands on work shown here, this class covers: breast anatomy and physiology, pathology, indications, contraindications, draping, appropriate therapist-client or patient boundaries, expected outcomes, and client or patient safety related to breast massage.
SELF CHEST & BREAST MASSAGE(9:49 minutes) Massaging one's own chest wall can help us to breathe easily, and can relieve pressure in the chest, neck, ribcage, back and throat caused by physical and/or emotional pressures.
UPPER BACK & CHEST IN PRONE POSITION (4:48 minutes) This video shows ways to massage the back that will be repeated on the chest. It also shows how to access the upper chest from the prone position
CHEST MASSAGE DRAPED (6:43 minutes) This chest massage video shows effective ways to massage the chest while keeping the breasts draped and covered.
MASSAGE THE BELLY (3:33 minutes) This video shows ways to massage the abdomen, including the diaphragm, to complement the chest massage shown in the other videos in this series.
FULL, UNDRAPED CHEST MASSAGE (11:53 minutes) This chest massage video shows ways to massage the chest without a drape. The techniques are similar for both men and women, with modifications made to work with and around breast tissue as needed.
